Home is located on a narrow dead end street and access is limited. Truck will need to back down or back out as long as there are no vehicles parked on the side of the street. Today before the survey appointment there was a high volume of traffic including repair men doing renovations to easement and digging holes, Lowe's delivery, road maintenance trucks and crew as well as a box truck struggling to back out but this was most likely due to inexperience.
Not all furniture is shipping because home is will be used for short term rentals. The majority of personal items are being moved withe a small portion left for rental. Shipper also intends on self moving some of his tools and equipment.
SIT will most likely be needed as a destination home has not been located
