All Rates Exclude the Following:

• Destination Terminal Handling Charges (DTHC):
  Please prepay DTHC. If not prepaid, we will bill back plus a $75.00 processing fee.
• Estimated Port Charges :
• LCL: approx. $80–$150.00 per CBM (gross)
• FCL: approx. $400–$850
• NVOCC fee (if not direct carrier): $150–$250
• Air shipments: approx. $100–$275.00
• All extra Payment We will bill back plus a $75.00 fee.
• X-Ray Exam (if applicable):
• Estimated costs:
• 20’: $600–$850
• 40’: $800–$1200
• Small LCL: $150–$250
• We will bill back plus a $75.00 fee.
• Access Limitations:
  Rate assumes normal access (no stairs or elevator above 1st floor).
• Additional fees apply for:
• Stair/elevator carry
• Long carry
• Shuttle service
• Additional Exclusions:
• Insurance
• International wire charges ($45)
• Port DTHC
• X-ray/inspections
• Duties and taxes (items owned over one year are typically exempt)
• Customs clearance fees for new furniture/personal effects
• Demurrage, per diem
• FCL chassis rental (if not provided by steamship line): $50–$75/day, minimum 2 days
• Extra stops, overweight shipments
• Hoisting, bulky items (e.g., safes, Jacuzzi, piano)
• 3rd party services
• Reassembly of complex furniture (e.g., IKEA, modular, gym equipment, bunk beds, swings)
• Uncrating of oversized crates (please advise in advance)
• Storage and handling fees
• Unpacking PBOs
• Tolls, parking permits
• Overtime delivery (after hours, weekends, holidays)
• Maid services
  
  
  Other/Optional Fees Due the access to the residence 
  
  
• Warehouse Handing $9.50 per 100/lbs
• Stairs carry – $3.50 per 100/lbs per flight (Second floor and above) -Minimum $75
• Elevator fee – $3.50 per 100/lbs -Minimum $75
• Long Carry – over 75 feet - $3.50 per 100/lbs for every 100 feet
• Shuttle service - $8.00 per 100/lbs in/out
• Extra Delivery - $250/location up to 5 miles away from destination
• Storage - $8.00 per 100/lbs 
• Uncrating – $20/crate
