• Terminal/CFS pick-up
• Standard customs filing and import clearance
• Completion of import customs formalities
• Delivery to the destination with normal access (up to the 2nd floor, with or without elevator)
• Unloading, unwrapping, and assembly of basic furniture on flat surfaces (IKEA furniture assembly not included)
• Placement of cartons in the designated rooms
• Removal of all delivery-related waste materials (Same Day)
• Return of empty container (FCL)

Our Rate Excludes:

• Unpacking of Boxes is not included.

• DTHC & CFS (Destination Terminal Handling Charges): Charges applicable at the destination terminal.

• Demurrage and Detention: Fees incurred for exceeding free storage or container usage time.
• Insurance: Coverage for shipment is not included and must be arranged separately.
• NVOCC / Deconsolidation Fee (LCL): Applicable for less-than-container-load shipments.
• Inspection / X-ray Charges: Fees for any required inspection or X-ray at customs.
• Post-Delivery Debris Removal: Removal of packaging materials or waste after the delivery day.
• Long Carry Above 75 ft: Additional charges for carrying items beyond 75 feet from the drop-off point.
• Stair Carry Above 2nd Floor: Charges apply for moving items beyond the 2nd floor without elevator access.
• Shuttle Service: Additional cost for shuttle or transfer services between locations
• Pre-pull charges
• Bank Fee
