Rates include

Tracking of shipment and providing regular updates to the shipper

Arranging import documentation with the shipper

Collecting the release order from the shipping line

Moving the cargo to the nominated area

Arranging normal customs clearance and direct delivery to the client’s residence within 30 km

Delivery up to the 2nd floor with normal access

Placing packages in respective rooms, unpacking, and removal of debris

Assembling of standard furniture

Rates exclude

Shipping Line THC/DO (we suggest you pre-pay at Origin) at actuals (Approx. USD 250 to USD 350)

Customs duties and taxes (At Actuals)

Destination charges (Airline/Port/Concur charges; Approx. USD 100 to 150) will be billed at actuals and are not included in the quote

Deliveries on weekends and public holidays

Demurrage, repacking, detention, and any penalties imposed by customs

Any handyman services, stair carry, long carry, or shuttle services

Split deliveries and storage-related charges

GST @ 18% on the total invoice

Mathadi charges at actuals (Labor Union charges, Kerala, West Bengal & Maharashtra)

Additional charges

Handling heavy item 100 - 250 kg: USD 11.50/ piece

Assembling: USD 6/ hour / man

Debris removal later then delivery date: USD 40
