Our rate excludes:
- Customs duties
- Taxes
- Rent
- Demurrage
- Long carry
- Parking permit
- Delivery above 1st floor
- Warehouse handling
- Storage
- Handling of “special” items such as pianos or safes
- Handyman service (for reassembly of flat packed furniture)
- Third-party charges of any kind
UK THC and line docs, depending on the shipping line use, we estimate as GBP 145.00 + GBP 35.00 respectively - these charges are invoiced at "net" + 5% admin.

Delivery above 1st floor = GBP 12.00/cbm
WHH in/out = GBP 17.00/cbm
Storage = GBP 90.00 per week or part thereof (min GBP 80.00)
