- Pick up from airport dock

- Inbound transportation to residence
- Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor
- Unwrapping and basic unpacking service
- Removal of debris on the same day
- Basic furniture assembly
- Services available Monday through Friday
- Setting up of basic furniture
Our rate excludes:
- DTHC
- THC/NVOCC costs
- Customs duties, taxes, and other government charges
- Steam cleaning and fumigation
- Demurrage, port storage, and congestion fees
- Special customs examination/off-site inspection
- Weekend deliveries
- Charges for difficult access (above 2nd story, parking, shuttle)
- Heavy items (>100kg
- Piano handling
- 3rd party services (handyman, electrician, maid service, etc.)
- Second delivery point
- Storage rental
- Warehouse handling
- Stair carry beyond 2nd floor
- Long carry beyond 25 metres
- Shuttle charges
- Additional debris collection
- Un-crating charges beyond 5 crates
- All-risk transport insurance
- Crane or outside elevator
- Furniture assembly requiring a handyman
- Abnormal access
- Unpacking of cartons
- Demurrage (from the 6th day of vessel arrival)
- Parking permits
- Hoists and tranship vehicles
- Customs examination fees

- Passport
- Declaration Form (with original stamp) - if received at time of arrival to Canada
- Packing/inventor list (attached for your backup)
- Proof of residency outside of Canada for more than 12 months (for example: copy of ultility bill, lease agreement, etc.)
- BL (Express Release Copy)
- DTHC must be pre-paid at origin
Payment Instructions:
Payment must be made in full before shipment is delivered to the client.
