Our Rate Includes:

Import customs clearance
Import customs formalities
Transportation
Direct delivery to residence (up to 2nd floor)
Unloading and unpacking of cartons onto a flat surface, with same-day removal of debris
Assembly of simple furniture
Return of empty container
Sea Shipments (FCL/LCL): Port & CFS charges (approx. USD 400) included; Delivery Order (DO) charges approx. USD 175 – can be prepaid to avoid line charges
Air Shipments: DO charges approx. USD 50; ATHC approx. USD 0.5 per kg (minimum USD 75)

Our Rate Excludes:

DTHC and applicable taxes if charged by the shipping line
Port storage, demurrage, and detention charges after the free time period (typically 3 days)
Insurance coverage
Customs Duties/Taxes

NVOCC/deconsolidation fees for LCL shipments
Assembly of IKEA-type furniture or wall/ceiling installations (handyman work)
Services for difficult access locations, long carries, elevators, or rope-assisted moves
Shuttle service, double handling, or storage
Handling of pianos, safes, or other exceptionally heavy items

Additional Remarks Terms of Service

For Diplomatic Shipments: Packing List can be done in Standard Form.
For NON-Diplomatic Shipments: Packing List NEEDS to be very detailed in terms of content description AND item count.
In case we DO NOT comply with this, port charges and demourrage charges are considerably high as we have to create a NEW packing list for client.

Please be sure to prepay all shipping line charges including DO, documentation, Liner destuffing, NVOCC charges, or charges paid to shipping line by ISS Sri Lanka. Will be subject to 10% service charge.
