- Demurrage or detention charges
- Multiple deliveries for a single customer
- Customs duties & taxes, US Bond Fee
- Storage ($50 cents per cubic foot)
- Long carry ($75 one time charge)
- Shuttle Fee ($50 cents per cubic foot)
- Piano Handling ($350)
- Chassis Rental ($35 per day)
- Waiting time ($75 per hour)
