• Long carry ($75 one time charge)

• Chassis Rental ($35 per day)

• CF3299 back and front completed and signed by shipper
• Supplemental declaration
• Power of attorney
• Passport and visa, if required (no B1/B2 visas), must be work visas
• Inventory list in English
• Copy of the BOL/AWB
