Unpacking, positioning, setting up simple furniture
Removal debris same day of delivery

Port charge, Local charge, DO, THC… bill at cost
Import tax/duty
Port/ airport demurrage & detention
Difficult access, basement fee, shuttle service, parking fee
Weekend/ holiday unpacking/ overtime
