Custom clearances – 150,00 € | in case on car or motorbike – 250,00 €

Handling warehouse In/Out - 200,00 € ( in case we can delivery container to customer address this charge will not be added)

Handling warehouse Vehicle - 150,00 € p/car / 85,00 € p/motorbike

Long and stair carries, delivery above 2nd level/difficult access (This applies for more than a 2nd floor without elevator or long walk (+ 30m) from the truck to the home)

Handling of large, bulky items such as safes and pianos

Pickup of debris after delivery day

Unpacking boxes (First flat surface) Unless chose the Unpacking option – 10 € per CBM

Accessorial Charges IF NEEDED:

W/H storage 8 EUR/ CBM per month

Parking permit if necessary 150 EUR

Outside Elevator 300 EUR per 4 first hours + 80€ per extra hour

Long carry: 8 EUR per CBM

Stair carry: 8 EUR per CBM p/ floor

Shuttle service: 8 EUR per CBM / Min. 150 EUR

The documents and requirements to be able to import personal belongings tax free:

Residence Permit card or Spanish ID | issued in destination

Consular withdrawal or Proof of residence of more than 1 year in the country of origin and justify communication transfer to any official body. What you would need is to "justify residence in country of origin". Customs ask us for some "proof" that you have been residing in origin in order to be exempt from taxes when importing your belongings. This is easily justifiable, for example, anything such as: electricity or internet bills, employment contract, pay slips, the rent of the house | issued in origin

Registration of the town hall in Spain ( Empadronamiento ) | issued in destination

** Personal effects as long as the client has all the relevant documentation would be exempt from taxes, otherwise they will pay according to value and merchandise. In this case, the 12% tariff + 21% VAT is settled on the value in Customs (value of the merchandise + transport).

Regarding the import of vehicles:

Must provide the circulation permit and the vehicle must be in the name of the importer at least 6 months before deregistration, as well as having been acquired under normal taxation conditions.
