· Loading from port and transport to delivery address

· Unloading and placing of items at designated rooms

· Unpacking and assembly of normal furniture

· Removal of debris on the day of delivery

Exclusions:

· DTHC/DO/NVOCC Charges

        USD 80-USD 100/CBM for LCL (Approx.)

        USD 275-USD 300 for 20’(Approx.)

        USD 400-USD 450 for 40’(Approx.)

       We recommend prepaying all the shipping line charges at origin to avoid any last minute surprise.

       If not prepaid, the charges will be billed at per actual receipt + 5% additional fee.

· Port warehouse charges will be billed at per actual receipt. Please check with us for the estimated port charges.

· Custom duties (if any, will be billed at per actual receipt)

· Any port storage due to delay in clearance at unforeseen conditions

· Stair carry above 2nd floor

· Sunday or public holiday delivery

· Any Mathadi or union labor charges at destination

· Shuttle charges at destination

· Handyman services

· Valet/Maid Services

· Split or multiple pick-up or deliveries, long carry, hoisting, any society or elevator uses charges  

· Bank charges @ USD 25 + GST
