Our rate excludes:
- DTHC (US $500 for 20-foot, $650 for 40-foot) - RATES MUST BE VERIFIED AND PRE-PAID PRIOR TO ARRIVAL!
- THC/NVOCC costs
- Customs duties, taxes, and other government charges
- Steam cleaning and fumigation
- Demurrage, port storage, and congestion fees
- Special customs examination/off-site inspection
- Weekend deliveries
- Charges for difficult access (above 2nd story, parking, shuttle)
- Heavy items (>100kg
- Piano handling
- 3rd party services (handyman, electrician, maid service, etc.)
- Second delivery point
- Storage rental
- Warehouse handling
- Stair carry beyond 2nd floor
- Long carrty beyond25 metres
- Shuttle charges
- Additional debris collection
- Un-crating charges beyond 5 crates
- Container haulage for additional containers
- All-risk transport insurance

- Shuttle $32 / CBM - one time charge, covers double handling
- Storage in transit $22 / CBM - per month or part of it, first 5 days FREE

- Upright Piano (main floor) $300
- Baby Grand Piano (main floor) $500

- Declaration Form (with original stamp) - if received at time of arrival to Canada
- Packing/inventor list (attached for your backup)
- Proof of residency outside of Canada for more than 12 months (for example: copy of ultility bill, lease agreement, etc.)
- BL (Express Release Copy)
- DTHC must be pre-paid at origin
Payment Instructions:
Payment must be made in full before shipment is delivered to the client.
