RATES INCLUDE

- Import customs clearance and documentation for household goods and personal effects

- Container drayage / shipment haulage from port or airport of entry to residence within Panama City metropolitan area

- Terminal bond fee and coordination with port, shipping line and customs broker

- Unloading, placement in residence and basic assembly of furniture disassembled at origin

- Regular unpacking of cartons onto flat surfaces (one relocation of items) and uncrating if required

- Removal of packing debris on the day of delivery

RATES EXCLUDE

- DTHC / shipping line terminal handling charges: approx. USD 375 per container (varies by carrier)

- Port charges Balboa / Manzanillo: approx. USD 190 per container

- Customs physical inspection, if ordered by Customs: USD 190 plus port storage at cost

- LCL deconsolidation / CFS fees: approx. USD 125 per cbm (LCL only)

- Airport handling and storage after free time (AIR only)

- Container demurrage / detention after shipping line free time (approx. USD 130 per day)

- Bonded warehouse storage after 7 free days

- Duties and taxes: paid by consignee directly. Non-residents pay 22% on CIF value; if advanced by Best Move a 15% cash outlay fee applies

- Insurance (available on request)

- Deliveries outside Panama City metro area: quoted on request (Colon, Arraijan, La Chorrera, Coronado, Pedasi, Santiago, David, Boquete, Bocas del Toro)

- Accessorial services on request: shuttle service, stair carry above 2nd floor without elevator, long carry over 50 m, hoisting, handyman, maid service, put-away service, full unpacking (+1 day), second visit for empty carton removal

- ITBMS 7% when applicable under Panamanian tax law

RATE BASIS, PORTS AND VALIDITY

- Rates in USD. FCL: lump sum per container up to the cbm bracket shown. LCL: per kg with minimum charge. AIR: lump sum per cbm bracket. Volume = gross packed cbm

- Balboa (Pacific): base rate. Manzanillo, Cristobal, CCT and other Colon ports (Atlantic): + USD 125 per container

- Import customs formalities INCLUDED. THC / port charges EXCLUDED (see above). No markup on third-party charges except the 15% cash outlay fee when advanced

- Validity: 90 days from quote date (deadline to accept). Rates apply to delivery within 12 months of acceptance

- Payment: invoice due in full prior to delivery unless a credit facility is agreed. Wire transfer fees OUR

MANDATORY ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS

1. Consignee must be physically present in Panama before shipment arrival

2. Bill of Lading must be issued FREIGHT PREPAID and show freight charges (Freighted BL). BL amendments billed to origin agent at cost

3. Consignment: CUSTOMER NAME (as shown on passport) C/O BEST MOVE, INC., Calle 50, Edificio Inteligente Credicorp Bank, Piso 31, Oficina 3101, Panama City, Panama

4. All wood packaging fumigated and stamped ISPM-15

5. Packing list in Spanish or in editable digital format (Excel/Word). Generic term tools not accepted; specify type

6. Electrical / electronic items must show brand, model and serial number on the inventory

7. Pre-existing damages must be noted on the packing list to support claims

8. Prohibited: narcotics, food of any kind, alcoholic beverages, live plants, firearms, right-hand drive vehicles. New electronics taxed approx. 25% CIF
