INCLUSIONS / EXCLUSIONS

THC estimate (excluded from quote above) 

• 20’ containers (estimated price): 350€
• 40’ containers (estimated price): 400€
• LCLs: 150€ until 2 cbm, and 50€ per extra cbm after that
• Airvans: 150€ until 2 cbm, and 50€ per extra cbm after that

Rate includes

• Pick up of full container/shipment from the port of entry;
• Transport of the container/shipment up to the client’s residence, based in good access;
• Complete unloading, unpacking, setting up of furniture up to the 2nd floor;
• Removal of debris on the day of unpacking;
• Return of empty container to port.

Rate excludes

• Broker fee (150€)
• Inspections which occasionally happen (150€ for sea and air shipments) per shipment;
• Duties (if any), terminal handling charges (THC), local charges from SSL or airport charges;
• Storage and demurrages;
• Bank transfer fees;
• Physical inspections;
• Hosting and outside elevator service;
• Deliveries above 2nd floor without elevator;
• Deliveries with abnormal or long-distance access (more than 30m. to door);
• Shuttle services or Warehouse Handling;
• Parking fees and town hall permission;
• New furniture with original packaging (type IKEA);
• Walls and ceilings fixations, as well as water, gas and electrical installations;
• Weekend services;
• Pianos, safes or any other difficult item to be handled due to its special weight, size or shape.
