INCLUSIONS

·       Customs Clearance for HHGS, single consignee

·       Haulage POE to Dads Moving Warehouse

·       Delivery from Dads Warehouse to Clients' residence within a 50 km radius with normal access

·       Unloading, unpacking, and placing of items onto the nearest clean, flat surface

·       Uncrating, if any

·       Removal of Debris (same day)

·       Return of Empty container

EXCLUSIONS

·       All shipping line charges at destination, which will be billed as per receipt:

·       DTHC will be charged as per outlay + 15% admin fee (if not prepaid at origin)

·       Carrier’s Equipment and Fuel Surcharges

·       Port Charges / Storage / Demurrage / Detention

·       Duties and taxes

·       Extensive x-ray or examination or other customs charges, if any

·       Shuttling fees, if needed

·       Difficult access, heavy lift, hoisting

·       Long carry, stair carry, elevator, village access fees

·       Parking and elevator permits, etc.

·       Holiday and weekend deliveries, delivery above 2nd floor without an elevator

·       Marine Transit Insurance

·       Handling of heavy/awkward items requiring more than 2 crew, unless specifically listed

·       Special handling such as piano, billiard table, chandeliers, vaults and other special items requiring heavy-lifting devices and specialist service, unless specifically listed

·       Specialist service: handyman, maid service, electrician, plumbing, piano tuning, pool table assembly, chandelier installation, hanging of pictures/paintings etc., unless specifically listed

·       Bank charges: Please add US$ 50.00 for bank charges
