INCLUSIONS

·       Full professional packing services at origin

·       Provision of quality packing materials such as bubble wrap, cartons, and pads

·       All raw wooden materials are fumigated and are ISPM 15 compliant (certified treatment pertaining to import/export requirements)

·       Provision of packing list with the general description of items

·       Pick-up of vehicle from residence to our warehouse

·       Careful loading of household goods and personal effects into the shipping container at our warehouse

·       Trucking to the Port of Manila and export processing, arrastre, wharfage, and other origin handling fees

·       Payment of freight up to the destination port (based on the current price)

EXCLUSIONS

·       Destination THC / CSC

·       Destination Services

·       Abnormal export customs clearance/inspections and related charges

·       Long carry, stair carry, elevator, access fees

·       Parking and elevator permits, etc.

·       Holiday and weekend deliveries, delivery above 2nd floor without an elevator

·       Marine Transit Insurance

·       Handling of heavy/awkward items requiring more than 4 crew, unless specifically listed

·       Special handling of piano, billiard table, chandeliers, vaults and other special items requiring heavy-lifting device and specialist service, unless specifically listed
