Standard Origin Service rate includes the following services:

1.       Crew supervisor

2.       Supplying of all packing materials (International Standards)

3.       Packing by crew staff

4.       Packing Inventory List preparation at residence

5.       All related trucking from and to our warehouse, to and from the origin residence, and to the Port of Departure

6.       Normal export customs clearance formalities (in Japan)

7.       Export loading onto the vessel per the mode type and type of shipment

Origin Rates do not include the following services:

1.       Ocean and air freight unless indicated in the quotation.

2.     Heavy items handling, safes, stone lanterns, pianos pool tables, chandeliers, ceiling fans, 

        these items but not limited to these items and any electric items disconnections.

3.     Dismantling of furniture and outside storage sheds and swing sets requiring a third-party company for these 

        and other such items.

4.     Special crating for delicate items and furniture.

5.     Abnormal road access, and long carry over 30 meters from the truck parking area to the front door of the 

        residence.

6.     Crane, Rope Hoist, Stair Carry from rd floor and above, Split pick-ups

7.     Services on Sundays and National Holidays.

8.     Services of carpenters, electricians, plumbers, maid services, any and all disconnections and installation 

        of  Plasma TV’s LCD, and LED televisions, and any other electrical items.

9.     Storage, warehouse handling in and out storage fees, and redelivery/redeliveries out of storage.

10.   Split pick-ups.

11.   In-transit insurance coverage.

12.   Any delays from the last day of packing to container loading due to the customer not providing all the 

       requested  and required documentation for application to the Japanese Customs Office for export approval 

       of the shipment, and any storage and storage-related charges due to due to the customer not providing all 

       the requested and  required documentation for application to the Japanese Customs Office and any container 

       detention charges and or container returning charges to the container yard.

* Ocean Freight and Air Freight at Destination Ports of Entry -  (THC and Port Surcharges and all others) are not included,.

• Validation of Origin Rate: Valid until AUGUST 31 , 2022.
• Validation of OceanFreight and Air Freight as indicated on the Quotation.
• Scheduling of packing dates - subject to availability.
• Consignment of this shipment is your agreement to the following - Lines 1 through 6 (listed below):

1. Quoted rates are quoted in are invoiced in JPY ONLY and Invoicing in JPY OLNY.
2. International Moving Heavy Lift Cargo Japan handles all origin consignments on a full prepard bassibefore release of the shipment from our warehouse to the departing port of departure. Or with proof of payment on the invoiced amount and also by receiving your “Bank Wire Transfer of Sending of Funds” and confirmed as funds received before release of the Sea Bill of Lading Seaway Bill of Lading (and or) the Air Waybill to you and or to any other third party.
3. All bank wire sending of funds are for your account.
4. Your "Bank Wire Transfer of Funds Receipt is mandatory to send to International Moving Heave Lift Cargo Japan.
5. Ocean freight rates, and air freight rates are valid as indicated on the quotaion.
6. All shipments are invoiced on the actual amount of volume (and or)  weight  of the shipment, and how quoted upon.
