Our Rates Include:

 

  1. Normal customs filing and import clearance.
  2. Transportation of the shipment from the port/airport of entry.
  3. Delivery to the destination based on normal access (up to the 2nd floor, without an elevator).
  4. Unloading, unpacking, and placing China, glassware, clothing, and other items onto a flat surface; placement of boxes in respective rooms.
  5. Debris removal on the same delivery day.
  6. Reassembly of basic furniture that does not require specialist or third-party trade assembly (any item that requires two or more people for over 30 minutes to service is deemed a third-party service).
  7. Return of empty containers (for FCL).
  8. Building liability insurance, if required.
  9. ISF filing.

 

Our Rates Exclude:

 

  1. Customs VACIS and intensive examination.
  2. Port/CFS charges, if any.
  3. SSL and NVOCC charges.
  4. Special handling of bulky/heavy items such as pianos, pool tables, hot tubs, safes, stone sculptures, gym equipment, chandeliers, etc.
  5. Reassembly of furniture that requires excessive labor, such as German Schrank, IKEA, or new & ready-to-assemble furniture.
  6. Third-party services for assembling furniture (bunk beds/storage beds or wardrobes/shelving units), appliance servicing, electrician, plumbing, maid, and handyman services, as well as auto handling & repairing charges.
  7. Storage and warehouse handling.
  8. Weekend delivery.
  9. Difficult access, shuttle service, long carry (above 75 feet), stair carry (above the 2nd floor), extra stops, and special parking permits/tickets.
  10. Demurrage, detention, per diem, and chassis charges above three days.
  11. ISC Charges (Air Shipment)

 

Note: Shipments to Alaska, Guam, and Hawaii must be loaded in lift vans based on actual volume.

  

Payment Terms

30 days credit is provided for FIDI members upon request. If you are not a member or if credit has not already been established with Universal Relocations, then payment is required prior to delivery of the shipment.

This quotation is valid for 60 days, as per the currency exchange rate of today. Once expired, please contact us for a revised quotation.

  2. SWB/AWB copy.
  3. Client passport copy.
  4. Client US visa copy (if not holding a US passport or green card).
  5. Delivery address.
  6. ISF details.
