Rate includes:

 

Ø       Shipping line release fees.

Ø       Normal Customs clearance & Documentation in Zimbabwe.

Ø       Collection from Harare terminal

Ø       Transport from container depot in Harare if moved on a through BL.

Ø       Delivery to residence within Harare.

Ø       Unpacking.

Ø       Basic assembling of the furniture.

Ø       Removal of debris same day of delivery.

Ø       Turning in the container back to Harare terminal

 

Rate excludes: 

 

Ø       Storage & demurrage if applicable.

Ø       Customs examination.

Ø       VAT, taxes & duties at destination if applicable.

Ø       Specialized services such as installation of electrical, assembling of sensitive items, crane hire, shuttle services etc.

 

Additional charges:

 

a)       Customs examination for sea shipments if by road from port of discharge: USD 255 for 20ft & USD 365 for 40ft

b)       Container depot charges if it is moved via rail from port of discharge: +/- USD 850 for 20ft & USD 1 350.00 FOR 40ft

c)       DTHC - +/- USD 250.00 for 20ft & +/- USD 400 for 40ft.

d)       Storage and demurrage charges to be billed at cost.

e)       Shuttle service: USD 100 for 20ft & USD 200 FOR 40FT.

 

 

Documentation Required in Zimbabwe:

 

a)       Original passport.

b)       Stamped entry page in passport – endorsed as returning (if retuning resident)

c)       Stamped exit page showing when the client left Zimbabwe (if returning resident)

d)       Pay slips & bank statements for the last 24 months (if a returning resident). /p45

e)       Tax returns for the last two years or more (p60s if coming from UK).

f)       Recall letter if a returning diplomat.

g)       Contract of employment if returning resident.

h)       Termination letter for returning residents who were working as expatriates

i)       Work permit (if an expatriate).

j)       Residence permit (if an expatriate).

k)       Employment letter (if an expatriate).

l)       Form C152 to be obtained from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (if a diplomat).

m)       Copy of Diplomatic card (if diplomat).

n)       Original Master Bill of lading/SEA WAYBILL

o)       Packing list
