Our rates include the following services

• Customs clearance
• Loading truck at customs facility
• Ground-to-residence movement

Our rates do not include the following services

• B/L exchange fees & demurrage deposit (if required)
• Customs taxes & duties
• Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor
• Assembling of furniture
• warehouse fee
• Forklift for unloading
• Crane or outside elevator
• Local fees are excluded and will be billed back to customer as per receipts (unless otherwise instructed)
• Abnormal access
• Heavy items
• Local VAT
• Co loader destination charges
• Demurrage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
• Delivery of vehicle

Notes:

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
