· Placing boxes in their designated rooms

· Assembling of simple furniture (Not Including IKEA furniture)

· Same day removal of debris

· Proof of Delivery Report and Signed Inventory

Exclusions

· Custom duties and import taxes (if applicable)

· Import Security Filing (ISF): $75.00

· DTHC destination terminal handling / NVOCC charges

· Intensive custom inspection / X-ray exam / fumigation, or quarantine

· Storage and demurrage

· Charges resulting from: Long distance carry, Shuttle service, Excessive time required to disassemble/reassemble complex furniture, handling of heavy items; complicated access, Walk-up or Stair carry

· Parking Ticket or permit (if required)

Any payment for DTHC/NVOCC charges/ Custom duties/ Inspection/Storage & demurrage charges will be invoiced at cost plus 10% Admin Fee if International Sea & Air Shipping settles them on your or Client's behalf.

Additional Services and Accessorials

Full unpacking of boxes and placing items on flat surface: Add 10% of the quoted rate

· Shuttle Service: $35.00 / CBM. Includes Warehouse Handling in/out and 1 month storage

· Warehouse Handling: $18.00 / CBM, minimum $75.00

· Monthly Storage: $18.00 / CBM, minimum $75.00

· Walk-Up: $12.00 / CBM per floor, above 2nd floor

· Long Distance Carry: $12.00 / CBM per every 100 feet, after first 60 feet.

· Handling of Upright Piano: $175 / Baby Grand Piano: $250 / Grand piano: $450
