(refer survey list) loading the packed effects onto smaller truck, shuttle to nearest point where the container will be placed, Documentation and liaison with shipping lines, port authorities and customs authorities, ocean freight from Oman. Origin terminal dues, customs clearance in Oman, hand over to the shipping line terminal at Sohar port and providing them all necessary documents for a safe and priority passage from Oman.

EXCLUSIONS

Insurance. All services and charges outside Oman, Port Demurrage / Shipping Line demurrage if applicable, destination terminal handling charges, port dues, line charges, Customs duties and taxes /Quarantine Charges if applicable. Destination customs clearance, delivery from port, Storage in transit if needed Multiple pickup / deliveries and Staggered Services, shuttle services Stair delivery above 1st floor, difficult access, working on weekly holidays (Friday and Saturday in Oman and weekly holidays of the destination country) Public holidays, excessive customs inspection, quarantine inspection and quarantine services charges Shuttle service/ Parking permits. External Hoist, Shuttle, crane/external lifts. Handling of heavy items (safes/Piano/Pool Table etc.) Services of professional trade’s people (dismantling/ re-assembly of washing machine, Air conditioner, modular furniture, water bed, Curtain fixing, wall drilling, putting up of pictures, satellite receivers / dish, wall mounting of Televisions

PAYMENT TERMS:

AS per mutually agreed LPO terms in case we have credit terms.

FINAL BILLING:

Final Move invoice will bé base on the final packed volume: We will bill based on the final packed volume on completion of packing, our crew will check the weights and measurements and seek your certification, the final charges will be worked as per this volume, keeping in account the fixed costs.

QUOTE VALIDITY:

30 days from date of the quote unless mutually agreed otherwise.

STANDARD TERMS:

A copy of general trading terms is enclosed to the quote.

PACK DATES

The pack dates mentioned in the quote are tentative dates, as discussed with the surveyor, and cannot be held as final agreed dates. Actual dates must be mutually agreed in writing to ensure availability. This being a very busy season, we humbly request you to please confirm the dates as soon as possible to avoid any disappointments. The pack dates are blocked on first come first serve basis.

DESTINATION CUSTOMS RULES

We request our customers to please make themselves aware of the customs rules and regulations for the destination country well in advance and ensure compliance to all needed documents. Timely Providing the complete documents for customs clearance to our destination partners is sole responsibility of the owner of goods. We will provide customs rules and regulations, also on confirmation of the move to us, we will get you connected to our servicing partners at destination country well in advance to enable you work on their part of documents.
