Above freight includes:

• Pre-survey of the cargo, delivering few boxes in advance to client in order for them to pack personal items
• Professional packing of all cargo for sea movement, dismantling of big furniture if required
• Loading of cargo inside pick up or container & trucking to Port of Exit (Jebel Ali or Dubai Airport)
• Export Terminal handling charges, bill of lading fee, export customs clearance & documentation

 

Above freight excludes:

• Crating charges of fragile or big items will be additional
• Piano & safe packing will be additional if any
• Stair carry above 2^nd floor & long carry will be additional if any
• Seafreight or airfreight charges from Dubai and any shipping line or airline surcharges
• All destination charges
• Cargo transport insurance (can be arranged by us @2.5% on total declared value)
• Detention/demurrage charges at any time
• Customs duty taxes if any applicable
• Parking permit if any at both apartments (loading/unloading)

 

Documents required in Dubai : 

• Passport copies with visa page
• Packing list with value mentioned for each item / ctn /box or package. 
• Full style address Shipper/Consignee details with contact/email address

 

Terms & Conditions:

• Quote is based on the volume estimated if any increase in the volume will be charged accordingly
• We need to know complete list of cargo or need to arrange survey prior to packing
• Storage services will be provided if required and charges will be debited and paid every month.
• Please make sure that you have already got the move out & move in permission from your both building management.
• You must check the items for damages while packing, claims of damages will not be entertained once the moving team leaves the premises.
• Price stated in the contract is exclusive of any taxes levied by the Govt. In case of Vat or any other applicable taxes levied by Government Authorities, this would be charged additional over and above the price.
• A cancellation charge will be applicable if pack/uplift dates are either cancelled or rearranged less than 48 hours before packing/uplift is due to commence. Please allow 2 working days notice in order to change the dates to avoid cancellation fees.

 

Payment Terms:

• If payment is being settled privately by client, we require 100% prior delivery. We are unable to proceed with the shipment without having received full amount. Please allow sufficient time if paying by bank transfer (bank account mentioned below)/cheque for funds to clear into our account to avoid any inconvenience.
• 30 days credit only for ARA members, otherwise payment in advance if no credit agreements are in place.
