• Normal packing, wrapping, listing, marking
• If FCL or Groupage, collection of empty container
• Packing and collection of goods from single "normal access" residence
• Loading of goods as per the costed method of transport
• If FCL or Groupage, return of container to terminal
• Delivery of container/consignment to departure port/terminal/airport
• Export formalities and preparation of all normal documentation

Our rate excludes:

• Freight charges
• Customs duty, taxes and other government charges
• Container rent prior to stuffing
• Multiple collection points
• Storage charges on consignments held at customer's request
• Insurance
• Inspection fees and all charges associated with ordered treatment
• Steam cleaning, fumigation, etc. if required
• Specialist packing of delicate or valuable items
• Terminal handling charges
• Parking permit
• Shuttle service
