Services included:

a)       Export pack with supply of new packing materials 

b)       Basic disassembly

c)       Preparation of inventory list

d)       Transportation of shipment to port

e)       Standard export custom clearance

Services excluded:

a)       Parking permits request, taxes for parking permits

b)       Shuttle services. Shuttle service is usually required for FCL shipments, and the charge is US$250 for a 20ft, and US$350 for a 40ft/ 40ft HC container

c)       Additional works such as crating/ handyman/ hoisting etc.

d)       Heavy item handling eg. piano

e)       Stair carry above 1st floor

f)       Freight/ THC

g)       All charges at destination

 

Additional charges:

a)       Shuttling 20ft/40ft – US$250/US$350

b)       Upright piano handling – US$150
