Inclusions in the destination rates (LCL, 20’, 40’ & AIR):
- Normal customs clearance subject to all necessary documents
- Notary & Administrative, Port Union, charges applicable at Nhava Sheva Port
- Direct delivery from port of entry to residence with normal access up to 2nd floor
- Unloading, Unpacking, placing of furniture at right place and removal of debris on theday of the unpacking
- Reassembly of dismantled furniture provided this is within the normal competence ofremoval crew
- GST
Exclusions in the destination rates (LCL, 20’, 40’ & AIR):
18% India Goods and Services Tax (GST) (+ Customs Duties and Taxes, if applicable)
Inland haulage charges applicable at ICD Ports if not prepaid at origin
Destination Shipping Line charges, DO, THC, NVOCC will be billed at actual. It varies from different shipping companies to shipping companies in India. It is advisable to prepay these charges at origin itself which works out to be cheaper. The administrativecharges 10% will be charged if this paid at destination
Destination port CFS/Concor charges, etc., would be billed at actuals. The administrativecharges 10% will be charged if this paid at destination
Airport Handling Charges and Delivery Order fees (for AIR shipment) will be billed at actual. The administrative charges 10% will be charged if this paid at destination
Shipping line security deposit, etc., if applicable
Port congestion charges, if applicable
Container detention charges, Demurrage and Ground Rent, scanning, sanitizing, etc., if applicable
Labour union charges, if applicable
Delivery above 2nd floor / poor access / shuttle service /parking charges
Storage rent, Warehouse in and out handling charges, if applicable
Split deliveries and deliveries affected beyond normal working hours
Heavy lift such as piano, safes and likes of such items
Special Handling of items that have no access through doors / elevators
Any third-party services, such as assembly of furniture requiring specialist attention, electrician work, etc.
Important Requirements:
Shipper / owner should arrive at least 10-15 working days before the arrival of the shipment at the port of entry in India.
Servile Relocations Pvt. Ltd. should be in possession of a detailed packing inventory in English at least 10 working days before arrival of the shipment at the port of entry into India.
Servile Relocations Pvt. Ltd. should receive the Pre-Alert with instructions before affecting the shipment from the origin.
Original / Express Released / Surrendered Bill of lading (If surrendered then surrendered message should also be forwarded), Airway Bill copy
For FCL shipments ask the shipping line to give 14 days’ free period at destination.
Passport of the client claiming transfer of residence must be at least two years old, if not then the older passport would also be required. Original Passport of the clientis mandatory at the time of Custom Clearance in India.
Payment Terms:
Bank charges of USD 50 on each transaction / remittance would be applicable.
If your company does not have a contract / understanding in writing with our company, then Payment has to be made before the delivery of the consignment in India.

1. Validity of this quote is till 31st December, 2024.
2. Our quotation does not include any force majeure events / conditions such as Act of God, War, Terrorism, Earthquake, Hurricane, Act of Government, Explosions, Fire, Plagues, Epidemics, Pandemics.
