· All import shipment to Kuwait must be palletized otherwise penalty (as actual receipt) will occur as per Kuwait new rules.
· This service proposal is valid for 60 days from the date of issue
· Our prices are based on estimated volumes or weights from the survey consultation, or the information provided by the client
· The final invoiced amount will be based on the actual volume/ weight packed. If the actual volume/ weight packed is higher there may be an additional cost
· Our rate is based on current freight rates. Should there be an increase in freight rates by the time of sending (due to General Rates Increase (GRI), Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) or otherwise). This increase will be passed on to the customer
· The estimated DTD time is not guaranteed. There are factors outside of our control which can affect how long it takes to deliver your shipment e.g.; changes to vessel scheduling, vessel delays, port strikes, customs clearance at destination taking longer than expected
· Our service proposal is based on work being performed within normal working hours (between 08:00 to 17:00 hours from Sunday to Thursday and 08:00 to 13:00 on a Saturday
· Public Holidays are excluded. If you require our services beyond these stated working hours, there will be additional charges based on the length of time the team will be working
Our Rates Include:
Customs clearance, transport and delivery to residence. With delivery, furniture positioned in your residence, assembly of beds and dining table, unpacking of effects in the appropriate room onto a flat surface and removal of all debris at the same visit as delivery.
In case or car import: Car Legalization and Mechanical Certificate and Car transportation to Ministry for approval
Our Rates Exclude (unless specified otherwise above):
DTHC / DO Collection Fees, Customs Duty, Handling fees of Heavy items, Additional Charges due to poor access (shuttle / long carry / above ground level), Port and Shipping line Demurrage / Detention / Congestion, Special handyman, Curtain fixing, Delivery above 2nd flr using stairs, Inspection charges (as actual receipt), Traffic dept. car plate registration, Delivery of the car to consignee’s residence, Ministry approval, PWC (as actual receipt)
