• Uplift consignment from Wharf/Port/Airport to transitional facility
• Standard Customs and Quarantine Clearances (to client account as above if not pre-paid)
• Devan at Transitional Facility and preparation for customs/MPI inspection
• Up to 10 working days storage from date of arrival at POE
• Delivery to residence/Store up to level one (excluding lifts)
• Unpacking of cartons to bench top only,
• Unwrapping of “wraps” setting up of easily assembled basic items
• Same day removal of debris

Services excluded

• Demurrage / Detention / Bond fees (if applicable)
• Port (THC), Airline Handling Charges and Delivery Order Fees (if applicable)
• Duty / Sales Taxes (if required)
• Fumigation / Steam cleaning and associated transport costs (if required)
• Interisland or Ferry costs (If required)
• High rise, rural or difficult access
• Heavy / Awkward Items i.e. Pianos, Safes, Spa Pools etc
• Customs and / or Quarantine inspection
• Additional debris removal/collection.
• Commercial customs clearance which will be an additional nz$175.00 per entry

Port (THC) and Airline Handling (ATHC) fees are excluded. If these are not prepaid they will be collected from the consignee at the following rates: 20’ FCL $490.00; 40’ FCL $895.00; Airline Handling Fees $155.00 per consignment under 4m3, additional $40 per m3 thereafter; LCL: $135.00 per m3 (min 3m3)

Please note these rates exclude Port Security/Carrier, Admin & Documentation, VBS, ATF Compliance fees.

Other charges

• Stair carry $10 per cbm per flight/floor (no more than 10 steps per floor) after 1st flight/floor (min $25).
• Elevator Surcharge + $10 per m3 (min$50); Long carry over 15m from truck + $10 per m3, 25m from truck + $15 (min $25)
• Shuttle/Ferry = $15 per m3 (min$100)
• Pianos: Upright $180.00. Baby Grand $400.00 Grand $475.00 based on ground floor delivery
• Stair carry for piano $50 per Upright Piano $150 per Grand Piano (each floor above ground floor).
• Disposal of crates or lift vans $7.50 per m3
• Handyman/electrician $80 per hour (min 4 hrs).
• MPI cleaning fees. These charges vary and will depend on what treatment MPI have ordered the items to undergo. A guideline for these charges are between $85.00 to $170.00 if they require a simple vacuum or wash and between $90-$430 if they require Methyl Bromide treatment at an approved quarantine centre.
• Napier Baby Grand delivery $100 + gst
• Saturday delivery $10 /cbm
• Vehicles: Personal effects inside a vehicle will be charged at $145.00 (these will be removed for inspection). IVS Inspection Fee (if to be registered for the road) = $170.00. Steam Cleaning vehicles (If required) $350.00. Vacuum of a vehicle $85.00 plus associated costs

Important remarks

• All costs exclude GST if paid from an overseas account. Invoices paid in New Zealand will attract 15% GST.
• Please ensure documents are completed and with our imports staff at least 7 days before date of arrival
• All costs shown in New Zealand dollars
• Please note that all bank transfer payments will incur a $25.00 Bank fee. Please add this to any transfer
