INCLUSIONS:  
  • Processing of documents and our assistance;
  • Normal customs clearance;
  • Transport of the container directly to residence, assuming good access;
  • Delivery up to the 1st floor, unpacking of the furniture, positioning of the goods into the new house, basic reassembly (tables, beds, small sofas), unpacking of boxes only on a flat surface, and debris removal the same day of delivery only;
  • Empty containers return to the Port.
EXCLUSIONS:
  • THC and airport taxes for AIR shipments: approx. Euro 0.80 x AIR kg chg. These charges will be notified and billed back at net cost, providing the invoice /backups from the airport authorities. 
  • THC for FCL containers: approx. Euro 300,00 for 20’ and 370,00 for 40’. These charges will be notified and billed back at net cost, providing the invoice /backups from the port authorities. 
  • SS Line fees, documentation and port charges for FCL: approx. Euro 200,00. These charges will be notified and billed back at net cost, providing the invoice /backups from the port authorities. 
  • THC/NVOCC for LCL: approx. Euro 150,00-200,00 x gross cubic meter. These charges will be notified and billed back at net cost, providing the invoice /backups from the port authorities. . (We highly suggest to pre-pay all the charges from origin if possible as the charges provided by NVOCC agents in Italy are very high). 
  • Any extra charges due to difficult access such as parking permits, shuttle service, long carry, stair carry, outside elevator for a delivery over 1st floor.
  • Please note that many locations in Italy do not allow containers to directly access their final destination/residence. Shuttle service or warehouse handling is most likely required. Kindly check your final address in advance and allow us to check beforehand to accurately quote any difficult access charges.
  • Warehouse handling and/or Storage in transit
  • Reassembly of wardrobes and any IKEA items or kit furniture
  • Piano (upright and baby/grand)  / heavy items handling
  • Plumbing, carpentry services, uncrating, electrical work;
  • Covering of floors and / or walls with specific materials
  • Maid service
  • Import Duties and taxes, if any, will be notified immediately. The whole process will be coordinated by BLISS, all the charges wtill be anticipated by our company to speed up the import process and avoid prt demurrage. They will be billed back at cost + 20% for admin fees, assistance and documentation fees. 
CONDITIONS:
  • The above rates are valid for 30 days
  • Minimum Density Applies 6,5lbs/Cft
  • For payments sent by bank transfer from outside the EU (Non Sepa) using a currency different than the Euro, BLISS applies an extra fee of Euro 50,00 which will be added to the above Destination Service Charges
  • Extra 2,00 Euro for Government Taxes will be displayed on our invoice 
  • All payments processed online by credit card will be subject to an extra 3,5% commission fee.
Please always dispatch the shipment to the Port/Airport of Entry mentioned above, upon receiving our GREEN LIGHT.

ALL SHIPMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE OF DELIVERY OR IN CASE OF EXPORT, IN ADVANCE OF TRANSPORTATION, UNLESS:
  • There is a SLA in place;
  • There is a specific agreement between the parties;
  • Your company is a member of: FIDI, LACMA, ARA, HARMONY.
