Above apply only for direct shipping line HBL consigned to our consignee with us as notify party and not consigned to a forwarder / NVOCC and issuance of additional HBL, in such case there will be additionally at least USD 350-650 at your expense.
- DTHC for Maersk / CMA/ PIL / HAPAG LYOD / MSC / MITSUI are higher by USD 125/20` and USD 250/40`
- Telex Release charge USD 30 ( if applicable ) - Printing of BL USD 35
- Customs duties / taxes or if applicable;
- Customs Physical inspection if any .
- Telex Release charge USD 30 ( if applicable ) in case SEAWAYBILL NOT EFFECTED.
- Storage at Port and demeurage charges .
- Bonding fees, split deliveries or Long Carry/ Shuttle service; Uncrating
- Delivery to 1st floor, poor delivery access; multiple deliveryies ;
- Carrying of bulky or heavy items such as piano, big safe…etc.;
- Major assembly of furniture (such as Ikea furniture) which require assistance of a Professional Carpenter ;
- Reconnection or installation of electric appliances, Plumbing, hanging at wall ;
- Items placement (Maid service).
- Parking permits, and use of external elevator/ Crane if necessary .
- Delivery on weekend, public holidays or after business hours ( 08 30 – 16 30 )
- Bank charges fee (USD 35)
For long carry : USD 200/20` and stair case USD 250/20 at least but we can give a better rate upon survey on site
TIME NEEDED FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: |
We need 5-6 working days to complete customs clearance after receiving full set of required import documents from client (72 hours prior Arrival of shipment in Mauritius)
IMPORTANT IMPORT DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: |
For diplomatic shipment:
- Copy of customer passport of customer and family with photos and stamp arrival date.
- 2 full set of Original Duty Free Certificate.
For non-diplomatic shipment ():
- Copy of customer passport of customer and family with photos and Stamp Arrival Date.
- Copy of Seaway bill / Express HBL / Airline Airwaybill.
- Work Permit / Occupational permit / Residence permit/ IRS Certificate where applicable (for Foreigners).
- Passport Memo for Returning Resident (This take at least 5-7 working days).
- Validity of Proposal: The above rate is valid for sixty (60) days from date of issue
- Payment Terms: Full payment will be required prior to delivery of consignment.
