Rates include:

Customs formalities and clearance

Collection of shipment from port and delivery

Normal access delivery up to 2nd floor within the house

Unwrapping of furniture, fragile boxes, and proper placement of non-fragile boxes in respective room

Simple assembly of dismantled furniture, such as dining table, beds, or similar items, which does not require skilled 3rd party resources

Removal of packing debris on the same day of unpacking

Return of empty container after unloading

Arrangement of deposit of a refundable fee to condominium management office for moving in -if needed.

Rates exclude:

Destination THC or port charges

Taxes and duties

Port storage, container detention, chassis rental due to the non-availability of residence for delivery

Port container washing and damage equipment request by shipping lines here in Singapore upon return of container

Extensive customs inspection fee if applicable

Container parking fee and LTA Summon

Hoisting or heavy lifting

Unpacking of non-fragile boxes, if needed – US$10/cbm

Stairs carry above 2nd floor (within the house)

Walk up due to bad access, or no lift available

Stair or long carry

Weekend or multiple deliveries

Shuttling charges (which is 99% required in Singapore would be US$280/20ft, and US$350/40ft)

Non-refundable fee for the condominium management office

Handling of upright piano US$200

Handling pool table, bunk beds, safe or odd size items

Uncrating (5 crates is FOC, thereafter US$10/crate)

Disposal of crate more than 3 CBM – US$20/CBM if applicable

Handyman work (US$80 p/hour – min. 2 hours)

-Assembling of IKEA furniture, wardrobe

-Complicated furniture

-Brand new furniture

Maid services/ Valet unpacking to assist with placement of items in the cupboards or kitchen cabinets, if required

Handling the clearance of dutiable items, such as new furniture, wine or liquor

Additional charges:

Warehouse handling (one time charge for in/out) @US$7.50/100 lbs (min. US$100)

Normal storage @ US$7.50/100 lbs (min. US$100 p/month)
