 The above rate Includes:

* Regular Custom Clearance.

* Pick up the goods from the port.

* Delivery to residence with normal access up to second floor.

* Unwrapping, basic assembly (Chairs, Tables, Beds)

* Removal of debris at day of delivery.

 

 

The above rate Excludes (will be charged at cost):

* NVOCC / THC / Port charges

* Unpacking to flat surface will apply to the total volume at $0.40 per CF (Minimum $100.00)

* ISF filing (If needed please add $50.00)

* Assembly of IKEA or kit

* Shuttle Service (If needed please add $0.55 per CF Minimum $150.00)

* Custom Duties.

* Demurrage

* Customs/Security Inspection (Most Likely!!).

* Special Handling - Piano, Car, Special art items (Upon request).

* Bank wire fee ($30.00)

Port / NVOCC charges are varies and depend on the specific Terminal/ocean carrier.

In general: THC: ~75-85/ per w/m Minimum $75.00. (If not prepaid)

Documents / DAD: $85 - $100

Security and other charges $75.00 - $100.00

Port charges will be charged based on outlay + 15% if not pre-paid

Dear Agent, The mandatory compliance date for ISF Fillings has now been formally set; July 9, 2013. This action will affect all USA Import Shipments not filled correctly or non-compliance prior to shipment departure for the USA. Link   ISF Ocean Manifest ISF non-compliance. In order to achieve the most compliance with the least disruption to the trade and to domestic port operations, CBP has been applying a measured and commonsense approach to Importer Security Filing (ISF or 10+2) enforcement. On July 9, 2013 CBP will begin full enforcement of ISF, and will start issuing liquidated damages against ISF importers and carriers for ISF non-compliance $5000.00 Fine per entry   CBP - ISF Formal Notice Please visit http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/trade/trade_outreach/trade_symposium_archive/symposium08/event_materials/isf/ for more information and send questions to security_filing_general@cbp.dhs.gov.   FINE / PENALTIES $5000.00 CBP will assess liquidated damages in accordance with the relevant mitigation guidelines which were published in the CBP Bulletin on July 17, 2009. While there may be multiple errors on an ISF transmission, in accordance with the guidelines, CBP may assess a claim for liquidated damages as follows: + $5,000 per late ISF, $5,000 per inaccurate ISF, and $5,000 for the first inaccurate ISF update.   Please carefully review your companies ISF Filing procedure to ensure your company is in compliance. As of July 9, 2013 the no error policy comes into effect. FlatRate International will pass on these fines and not deliver goods till payment is received.
