Rates Include:

• Receive in our warehouse
• Road trucking to destination
• Unloading of shipment at residence up to the second floor with normal access
• Standard assembly and unwrapping of furniture that does not require 3rd party service
• Box unpacking to the first flat surface
• Removal of debris on the same day of delivery

Rates Exclude:

• All 3rd party services such as carpenters, electricians, handymen, and maids
• Assembly of kit-type furniture
• Warehouse handling and temporary storage
• Long and stair carries, delivery above 2nd level/difficult access
• Extra delivery location  
• Handling of large, bulky items such as safes and pianos
• Shuttle service
• Pickup of debris after delivery day
• Full coverage Insurance.  We will provide up to $0.60 per pound per article

• We will also charge $35 for wire transfer.
