• Liner charges are excluded and will be charged at cost. Please allow USD$ 180.00 will be charged at cost or prepay it
• Environmental Fuel Surcharge if any will be charged at cost or prepay it

Remarks:

• Be reminded that VAT 17% on services in Israel is excluded. If services are invoiced to your office abroad (paid by agent) then VAT is not applicable. If consignee is to pay all/part of services then 17% VAT is applicable on local charges only
• IMPORTANT! Port & Local fees are excluded and will be billed back to customer (unless otherwise instructed) as per receipts
• Please show H.S Code No. 940360 on the Bill of Lading
• Upon booking, please instruct us which charges are to your account and which charges are to the account of consignee
• Pease send all original shipping documents to our import department to avoid any delays in clearance
• Please send a draft of Bill of Lading before confirming it to Shipping Line or forwarder
• You can send SWB. Original Bill of Lading is not mandatory

Our rates include the following services

• Destination THC, and liner charges
• Delivery to residence with normal access
• Placing cartons in designated rooms
• Removal of debris on day of delivery
• Normal customs clearance
• Inland haulage and return of container
• Basic reassemble of furniture

Our rates do not include the following services

• Any unpacking
• Assembly of modular furniture requiring specialist
• Professional handyman (carpenter, electrician, maid etc.)
• Heavy item handling - heavier than 2 men lift
• Shuttle service
• Abnormal access: Long carry above 100ft from truck to residence, stair carry above 2nd floor without elevator,
• Customs examination if any
• Demurrage and/or storage if any
• Customs taxes & duties if any
• Bonding charges if any
• Congestion surcharges if any
• Second delivery storage and warehouse handling

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
