Inclusions:

- Delivery to residence: From Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 18:00 hrs.
- Unloading
- Unpacking,
- Normal reassembling of used furniture,
- Removal of empties same day of delivery
- Return of container to terminal in Santiago.
Exclusions:
- THC/Port Charges
- Deconsolidation charges if any at cost.
- Brokers fees (vehicle, etc.), demurrage or detention charges
- Fumigation, duties and taxes if any
- Difficult access and parking, delivery above second floor, shuttle service if required, insurance any additional and third-party services.
- Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays have an additional charge according to the needs of the service.
All wood packaging,such as Lift vans, crates, etc., must meet the ISPM 15 standard and must bestamped accordingly. In cases of noncompliance, the wood packaging materialswill be subject to immediate exportation along with the accompanying charge orsubject to Chilean fumigation (approx. US$1,100.-).

ALL Customers’ paperwork must be delivered to us, at least 10 working days priorto arrival of the vessel, if not EXTRA CHARGES will apply.
- 2 Original OBL ( Please, do not forget include ocean freight value on BL)
- Detailed inventory (typewritten & sequentially numbered)
- Electrical or Electronic items must be declared in detail on the packing list brand, model and serial number. It is of most importance that there are no discrepancies between the descriptions on the inventory and the contents of the boxes, and that numberings of boxes is accurate and matching.
- Legalized copy of Passport with stamped date of entry to Chile
- Legalized Power of Attorney, provided by Vipack for Custom Broker
- Forms provided by Vipack for customer to sign
For Returning Chilean citizen:
- Historical travel certificate (certificado de viaje historico) delivered by Chilean International police
For Foreign Citizen:
- Legalized Work Visa / Work contract up 2 year
For Diplomatic Citizen:
- Guarantee letter (carta de garantía) has to be requested from the organization he works for (Embassy, Consulate, Ministry, etc…)
