Rates include

• Normal customs clearance
• Collection of container/Consignment from arrival port/airport
• Delivery to single  and normal access residence
• Unwrapping, uncrating and placement of Furniture
• Reassembly of basic furniture that does not require specialist assembly
• Delivery to residence up to 1st Floor
• Unloading, unpacking of cartons onto a flat surface, and removal of debris on same day.
• DTHC for FCL container only
• Air shipment – Airport terminal fee 
• Return of empty container to arrival terminal

Rates exclude

• LCL shipment – NVOCC/ deconsolidation/CFS fee for LCL

• Customs Duty, taxes and other government charges
• Demurrage & detention & port storage (5 Days free upon arrival) afterwards these charges will be applicable - We would suggest that 12 days free time are purchase at time of booking 
• Insurance
• Fumigation if required

• Customs inspection fee  if Any – Verification is mandatory for shipment container Alcohol/Foods/Medicines
• Storage and warehouse handling,
• Shuttle service if difficult access, 
• Split delivery
• Assembling of any sport equipment, mounting items to wall or any assembling of Furniture that requires a 3rd party
• Long and stair carry
• Heavy items, which may require special handling or crane service – e.g. piano, safe, etc.

Shuttle service -                                         $20 Per Trip - Maximum 10 CBM

Piano handling -                                         Grand $550/ Baby grand piano $450/ Upright $300

Delivery above  1st Floor, no elevator -      $5/ CBM

Long carry surcharge -                               $4/ CBM

Storage charges -                                       $0.3/ CBM/ Day

One time in and out handling -                   $4.5/ CBM

Uncrating for FCL – Rate                           $10.00/ Crate

NVOCC charges for LCL/ Deconsolidation/ CFS charges    -   $145/ CBM

Clear copy of occupation/ residence permit ( if applicable. Also of accompanying family members )

For returning citizen – Passport Memo issue from the passport and immigration office

Inventory

Detailed alcohol list, if any

Family members passports ( if applicable )/ Birth certificate of kids ( if applicable )/ Marriage certificate, if married ( if applicable )
