DTHC, Liner/Air Line and Port/CFS Fees

•                      Air - $0.35 Per KG’s (Minimum $80)

•                      LCL - $130/- Per CBM (Minimum $400)

•                      20’ Container - $450 - $600 Per Container

•                      40’ Container - $650 - $800 Per Container

 

Please note: The above Destination THC, Liner/Air liner and Port/CFS charges approximate in excess of quoted rates (will be billed as per receipts),

 

 

THC, Port, Liner Fees and Service Tax

•     Kindly note THC, CFS / Port and NVOCC / Liner Fees are applicable on all sea shipments coming to India. THC, NVOCC/ Shipping / Air line charges to be pre-paid if not please mentioned on the BL if not we will bill you back as per receipt. If we have to collect these charges directly from shipper then kindly mention this in the Prealert. Else it is assumed that these charges are to be billed to you.

•     THC is charged by liners for handling at port of discharge. This can be prepaid. If Prepaid – please show on BL and ensure liner’s agent in India do not charge this again.

•     NVOCC / Liner fees are charged by liners towards delivery order, documentation, deconsol etc. As there charges are not governed by any regulations, NVOCC / Liner levy charges at their discretion. Hence we strongly recommend to enquire and confirm these charges prior to booking the shipment at origin. We also recommend these charges be prepaid and shown on BL.

•     CFS / Port fees are charged by port authorities for handling and ground rent. This cannot be prepaid & we will be you back as per receipt

 

 

Charges Include

Documentation, Customs formalities, Single delivery within city limits, unpacking, arranging and removal of debris on day of delivery,

 

Charges Exclude

GST @ 18% will beapplicable on Destination Charges, Destination THC / Port / Liner charges in excess ofquoted rates (will be billed as per receipts), Power of Attorney Fees, Customsduty, Taxes, Detention, Demurrage, Storage, Insurance, Customs Bonding Fees,Handyman services, Freight charges, Labour Union Fees if any, MultipleDelivery, Multiple Delivery Order Collection, Duty Disbursement, Moving ofunusually heavy articles like Piano / Safe,Deliveries above 1 floor without lift, Walking long distances, Difficult Access for loading/Unloading, Parking Fees / Permit,Return of Empty Container, Container Deposit Fees, UnionFees, Services on holidays or during non office hours (10 AM to 5.30 PM)etc. Deliveries to areas with entry restrictions, Container Security Deposit(This needs to be paid by shippersince the refund is made by cheque only in the name of shipper.)

 

Documents required

1.                      Original Bill of Lading or Express Release Bill of Lading or Copy of Airway Bill

2.                      Packing List without value (For Electronic Items - Specify make model & serial numbers)

3.                      Original Passport – This is Compulsory

4.                      Residential permit or PIO card or OCI Card / Stamp in case shipper is not an Indian passport holder.

5.                      Shipper’s contact details in India

6.                      If Shipper is a Diplomat – Original Duty Exemption Certificate (Can be done only after shipment arrives in India –                hence please negotiate maximum free container detention)

7.                      Other Documentation can be done in India.

 

 

 

Special Handling & Other Services

•                      Power Of Attorney Fees – USD 75

•                      Disbursement fees- Minimum USD 50 or 10% of the disbursed amount

•                      On delivery of goods, delivery reports & invoice will be sent to you by scanned mail or fax only. If you require the            original delivery reports & invoice then please add USD 40/- towards courier fees.

Payment Terms

•                      We offer 30 days credit to FIDI members & approved agents only. All other agents are requested to send USD Draft along with pre-alert or wire the payment to our account 7 days prior to arrival of cargo.

•                      If you are wiring the payment please ensure that we receive the exact amount as per our invoice. Any shortfalls if any will be billed back with admin fees.
