• Terminal Handling Charges THC (Approx. US$ 120.--/m3/LCL and US$ 300.--/20’ and US$ 370.--/40’ + 40’ HC)
• Duties, taxes, inspection
• Delivery above 1st floor with no elevator
• Long carry, shuttle, parking permit
• Heavy items handling
• Weekend handling
• Any third party job, assembly of new furniture
• Any storage and warehouse handling charges
• Any NVOCC / SSL charges
• Return of empty container to POE (if required by ssline)
• Extensive and abnormal ssline charges for container release

Required Customs documents:

• Inventory list (in English, German or French)
• Passport Copy
• Swiss customs document 18.44 – original signed (no copy accepted)
• Copy of registration with the Swiss town hall of residence
• Copy of residence permit (for foreigners)
• Copy or rental contract
• All goods need to be in use and possession of the customer for at least 6 months prior to shipping
• For duty free entry: Vehicle purchase contract and title, indicating that the vehicle was in use and possession of the customer 12 months prior to shipping

We are happy to extend credit for members of FIDI and/or HARMONY organizations and agents who have established prior credit terms with Kehrli + Oeler AG. For all other agents and partners we will require pre-payment.
