·       unpacking of household goods and placing on flat surface

·       Removal of debris on the delivery day

EXCLUDED IN OUR SERVICE:

·       Deconsolidation charges if not consigned to INTERMOVE in the first instance

·       THC at POE (approx. EUR 375,00 per container) – if not prepaid

·       Delivery beyond 2nd floor (1st floor = ground floor): EUR 5,00 / cbm per each additional floor)

·       Arranging of parking suspension at delivery address (EUR 195,00) – if required

·       long carry above 20m (EUR 5,00 / cbm per each additional 20m or fraction thereof)

·       handling of one upright piano up to ground floor at destination: EUR 190,00 (+ EUR 90,00 per each additional floor via staircase)

·       handling of other heavy/bulky items

·       Port storage / demurrage charges

·       Return of container to POE as per cost (approx. EUR 1.000,00 per container. This charge occurs only if SSL does not / cannot use the local terminal at destination) - We highly recommend not to use EVERGREEN, HYUNDAI, YANG MING and/or ONE. For some destinations we also do not recommend using COSCO and OOCL.

·       Warehouse handling in/out charges (EUR 15,00 / cbm (min. 10 cbm))

·       S.I.T. per week or fraction (EUR 3,00 / cbm) / storage insurance

·       Re-delivery/transport charges ex warehouse to residence (EUR 10,00 / cbm) – based on normal access

·       Shuttle Service at destination (EUR 10,00 / cbm)

·       Customs duties and taxes / inspection / x-ray, fumigation (if any)

·       normal / simple setting-up of basic furniture such as beds and table legs (only excluded for Option 2)

·       3rd party services like plumber, electrician, carpenter etc.

·       Handyman Services: EUR 50,00 / h (+ 1 h Trip Charge + EUR 125,00 Vehicle Charge if cannot be done from our own crew during delivery days)

·       outside elevator, crane, hoisting etc.

·       uncrating (EUR 10,00 / crate)

·       difficult reassembling of furniture; maid services; hanging up of light fittings, pictures, paintings, wall units & shelves, curtain bars etc.

·       Setting up / assembling of exercise machines of any kind (Charges of 3rd party services as per cost + 25% administration fee)

·       multi-stop at local customs office (EUR 100,00)

·       Opening T1 customs document (EUR 50,00 if required) in case import clearance needs to be done at local customs office in Munich

·       Customs duties and taxes (19% taxes + approx. 10% customs duties on CIF value)

·       3,5% Pre-Payment Fee on all duties/taxes

·       multiple delivery addresses

·       weekend and / or holiday labour

·       labour outside normal business hours

·       pick up of debris after unpacking through customer

·       any costs, delays, import restrictions etc. which are caused due to the COVID-19 situation

·       VAT on all charges if applicable

 

 

PAYMENT TERMS:

 

 

FIDI members are requested to pay within 30 days from date of invoice. 

Payment of Non-FIDI members is required prior to release of the shipment. 

 

Please note that in accordance with our management policy, all shipments are subject to pre-payment. Past experiences have shown us that this is the only way to avoid unpleasant situations once the service has been rendered. We trust you can understand our position in this matter.

·       Certificate of Registration with the German police ("Polizeiliche Anmeldung")

·       Statement of Transfer from employer (in German if possible) should state the shipper was an employee for the company abroad, how long he/she has lived in this certain country, and will remain an employee of the company in Germany. This statement must show the shipper has lived in the country abroad for a period of min. one year!

·       Alternate to the statement of transfer from the employer, the shipper can provide a statement from the German Embassy in the country abroad. This statement must show the shipper has lived in the country abroad for a period of min. one year!

·       Copy of Passport (the page showing photo) and copy of Visa and/or Work Permit (for foreign citizens only)

·       Copy of Inventories, OBL / MAWB

·       Copy of title of any car / motorbike etc./ insurance certification

INFORMATION ABOUT OUR LIABILITY

Für die Beförderung von Umzugsgut gelten die gesetzlichen Regelungen im IV. Abschnitt des HGB und ergänzende unsere Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen. Für Möbellagerungen sind die Allgemeinen Lagerbedingungen des deutschen Möbeltransport (ALB) vereinbart. In allen Fällen arbeiten wir ausschließlich aufgrund der Allgemeinen deutschen Spediteursbedingungen (ADSp), neueste Fassung.

For the transport of household goods the liability is stated in the IV. part of HGB and complemented through our terms of business. For storage of household goods the liability is stated in the ALB. All business is exclusively transacted subject to the most recent edition of the German Forwarders Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp).

THIS RATE IS VALID FOR 10 DAYS.
