PAYMENT TERMS:

FIDI members are requested to pay within 30 days from date of invoice.

Payment of Non-FIDI members is required prior to release of the shipment.

Please note that in accordance with our management policy, all shipments are subject to pre-payment. Past experience has shown us that this is the only way to avoid unpleasant situations once the service has been rendered. We trust you can understand our position in this matter.

Für Möbellagerungen sind die Allgemeinen Lagerbedingungen des deutschen Möbeltransport (ALB) vereinbart. In allen Fällen arbeiten wir ausschließlich aufgrund der Allgemeinen deutschen Spediteursbedingungen (ADSp), neueste Fassung.

For the transport of household goods the liability is stated in the IV. part of HGB and complemented through our terms of business. For storage of household goods the liability is stated in the ALB. All business is exclusively transacted subject to the most recent edition of the German Forwarders Standard Terms an Conditions (ADSp).
