Important information

A set of documentation will be requested from customer at destination necessary for import customs formalities. These docs can only be prepared locally.

We would appreciate if you bring to our attention if customer is importing any pianos, satellite decoder, shotguns or rifles, animal skins, ivory/CITES, alcohol or any other items not associated with “normal” household goods and personal effects.

Any change in above mentioned volume/weight will alter our original quotation

If delivery location does not allow container to access, park & maneuver safely, then shipment will be delivered with our own trucks. In case shipper insists for delivery with actual container, please note that there might be a risk of last minute cancelation due to access difficulties and penalties due traffic restrictions etc.

Subject quotation is valid for 60 days

Our company operates in strict accordance with the FIDI Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Charter as well as the FIDI Anti-Trust Charter (both available upon request).

Diplomatic Shipments: You are kindly requested to provide us with th B/L, AWB or CMR and packing list, as soon as available (at least one week prior to vessel's arrival), in order to enable us to request the issuance of the franchise and get it in due time so as to clear upon vessel's stripping. Failure to comply with the above will impose demurrage and port storage charges for which our company will not be held responsible. The same applies in case of diplomatic car as well.

If customer does not have a tax and duty free status then shipment is subject to payment of import taxes/duties based on the value that the Greek customs will declare. Let us have customer's nationality, reason for relocating to Greece and how many years has he/she been living (continuously) in the country of origin.

Administration fee 12% for all charges prepaid by us on behalf of your company/assignee i.e. duties & taxes, port fees, local shipping line fees etc.

If you ship via a consolidated service, their local agent handout fees or Break-bulk charges levied on cargo shall be considered extra. Regret we cannot quote due to its unpredictability. Unless you prepay these charges in full we shall invoice them to you backed with supporting outlays. Otherwise, if we are to invoice shipper, please send agreement copy so that we have a base point for defence of these charges

Difficult or abnormal access such as narrow street, pedestrian, sharp uphill or downhill, city center with traffic constrains/limitations, heavy traffic circulation packing and or delivery to islands by donkeys ,etc.

Accessorial services such as: shuttle service, use of outside elevator or telescopic crane, stair/long carry, etc.

Maid services such as hanging of clothes, placing books on shelves, placing glassware/chinaware in cabinets, placing linen in drawers and /or cleaning services

Special assembly of modern knockdown furniture, outdoor furniture/equipment or brand new furniture plus materials per outlays

Handling of overweight / oversized items such as piano, safe, two door fridge, marble top etc.
