For shipment value of AED 10,000 or more than AED 10,000 MOFAIC attestation required

Additional Charges

Shuttle service (load, transport, offload) : $ 20/CBM (minimum $ 50, thereafter $ 20/cbm)

Long carry above 20m : $12/ cbm (minimum $ 50)

Heavy handling (above 50 kg) : 50kg-75kg - $ 100 / 750kg-150kg - $ 175/ 150kg-250kg - $275

Un-crating of wooden crate : $35 / crate

Upright piano handling : $ 150

Baby grand piano handling : $ 250

Grand piano handling : $ 400

Stair Carry : $10/ cbm (minimum $ 50)

Handyman charges : $50 man/hour (minimum of 3 hrs)

Additional remarks

** If the destination shipping line charges are not prepaid the disbursement fee would be 15% of the charges

** Do not book the shipment with CMA-CGM/ANL shipping line as they require a container

      deposit to take the container out of the port which would not be provided by  us.

Drugs, Narcotics, Alcohol, Pornographic Material, Political/ Religious Literature, Products of Israeli Origin,

Fireworks, deemed offensive, Ivory, Weapons & Ammunition, Chemicals, Fertilizers, Laser Pens, Radar Jammers,

Wireless Radio, Endangered Animal Species, and Any Objects, Sculptures, Paintings, Video Tapes or Books, Pirated Goods 

Liability

Shipper is suggested to take insurance.Carrier's maximum liability is in case of loss or damage is $0.20/pound weight /article or actual repair charges or market value of goods whichever is lower, valuation is declared and charges paid. Claims are to be settled in UAE courts only.

Sea Way Bill/Express Release or Airway Bill

Detailed HHGDS/ PE Packing List in English

Copy of Client’s Passport & Valid UAE Residence Visa Copy or Emirates ID  is a must

Local contact address, telephone number and e-mail address of the client

Authorization Letter - to be filled by the client, template will be provided at destination

Payment 

Payment in bank account 7 days prior to arrival of shipment at destination port or unless prior credit arrangements has been agreed to
