Services at Origin Include:

1) Full export pack/wrap at the residence using quality packing material conforming to international standards.

2) Preparation of an itemized inventory.

3) Completion of all export paperwork and forwarding shipment through Dubai Customs.

4) Terminal dues and related charges.

5) Transportation to port.

Services at Origin Exclude:

1) Sea Freight rates to the destination port

2) Handling of oversized items like pianos, safes, pool table etc.

3) Handyman services & Services outside normal working hours and public holidays.

4) GRI or any surcharges applicable on freight at the time of actual booking.

5) Transit Insurance

6) Extensive customs inspection charges

7) Any or all other charges applicable at destination.

Payment Terms

FIDI/OMNI and partners who have agreed Credit Terms are allowed a credit for 30 days from the date of invoice for services, all others would have to pre-pay their charges for origin services and freight prior to dispatch of the shipment. Payment is accepted via Bank Transfer only; no cheques/drafts would be accepted.

Terms:

1. This quotation is valid for 30 Days from today, as requested, but does not cover for freight surcharges or increases and these if any would be communicated to you once we have final dates for packing.

2. You must ensure all relevant documents pertaining to insurance and your consigning/handling instructions are sent to us well in advance to ensure a smooth and trouble free relocation of the effects.
