Our rates include the following services

*boxes in different sizes and shapes, duct-tape, wraps: bubble-paper-plastic film, foam or styrene protections, corner protections** SUPERDRY humidity absorber sachets placed inside the boxes + poles placed inside the container if FCL• Professional and careful packing of loose items into boxes• Disassembling + Professional and careful packing of furniture• Numbered inventory list with boxes content description for custom clearance• Export customs clearance in China• Professional and careful stacking into containers, or wooden lift-van containers, or air pallets.• International Transit by Sea/Air (all normal terminal handling and port charges at origin included)

Our rates do not include the following services

• DTHC, NVOCC or any other charges that could occur at destination• Parking fees / permits• Wooden crates, fumigation or other special packing material or services• Services requested outside of normal working hours or during public holidays (no weekend surcharge)• Extra charges to difficult access (shuttle, stair carry, long carry, parking access, hoisting…)• Any not required additional service (insurance, storage, maid, electrician, handyman…)• Handling of heavy and/or large items such as pianos, stone statues, safe…• Disassembling of complex furniture that should require 3rd party intervention• Disconnection of computers, AV equipment, and other appliances• Additional delivery of packing material before the move (first delivery free of charge)• Any freight rate increase or war risk surcharge imposed on freight (billed at cost if necessary)• Disbursement fees (any charges paid on your behalf will be invoiced back at cost plus 6%, min. US$100.00)• Please add US$30.00 for bank fees

► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
