RATES:

INCLUSIONS:

• Regular import customs clearance
• Collection from POE of entry
• Unloading of the car at customer address in Lisbon (good access considered)

EXCLUSIONS:

• SEA DTHC - 450€ for 20´CTR / 550€ for 40´CTR / 40´HC CTR, approx. 150€ / cbm for LCL
• NVOCC charges, sea company charges, sea terminal charges, sea terminal storage charges (it can cost from 15€ / day or higher, it will depend on the CTR size and terminal the CTR is stored in the port), demurrage/ detention (the costs can go from 90€/ per day or higher, it will depend on the sea company you choose. Try to negotiate at least 15 days with the sea company you choose).
• Customs inspections (if any – it can vary from Approx. 250€ to Approx. 650€)
• Town hall parking permit (290€), police authorization (175€ / day).
• External elevator, piano handling, vehicle handling, vehicle legalization, long carry, delivery of goods, stair carry (over 2nd floor), heavy items (more than 100kg), insurance, import taxes /duties / VAT, storage (10€/cbm/ month), increase of volume, change of delivery address or additional delivery address, handymen, bank fees, uncrating.

PAYMENTTERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Pre-payment required unless something different was agreed previously.
• This quote is valid for 30 days.

JURISDICTIONAND APPLICABLE LAWS

• For the resolution of any disputes arising from this contract, the parties elect the jurisdiction of the District of Lisbon, with express waiver of any other, and Portuguese law is applicable.

Important: A reimbursement fee (10%) ischarged if WIQUEL MOVING has to pay any charges, costs to any third parties oncustomer behalf (sea/ air company charges, terminal charges, customs charges,etc).
