Our rates include the following services

• Road Freight 
• Export and Import customs clearance
• Complete unwrapping
• Setting up of basic furniture
• Removal of debris
• Inbound transportation
• Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor

Our rates do not include the following services

• Port & terminal handling charges
• shuttle services costs
• Crane or outside elevator
• Piano delivery
• Unpacking of cartons
• Customs inspection
• Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
• Abnormal access
• Local VAT
• Customs taxes & duties

Notes

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.

► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.

► We only handle personal effects exempt from duties and taxes related to relocations, with a move certificate provided by the consignee.

► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis.
