Our rates include the following services

Complete unwrapping
Setting up of basic furniture
Removal of debris
Return of empty container to port
Complete customs clearance
Inbound transportation
Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor

Our rates do not include the following services

Shuttle services costs
Crane or outside elevator
Piano delivery
Abnormal access (Carrying, higher floors, heavy items...)
Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
Detention and demurrage
Abnormal access
Local VAT
Customs taxes & duties

Notes:

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.

► We only handle personal effects exempt from duties and taxes related to relocations, with a move certificate provided by the consignee.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis.
