INCLUSIONS:

• Regular import customs clearance
• Collection from POE of entry
• Haulage from POE to customer address
• Directly delivery to customer residence up to 2^nd floor with normal access
• Unloading of the goods, normal unpacking and assembly of regular furniture (IKEA or similar not included)
• Opening of boxes to flat surface
• One time debris removal (same day of delivery)
• Return of empty container to terminal  (if applicable)

EXCLUSIONS:

• SEA DTHC - 450€ for 20´CTR / 550€ for 40´CTR / 40´HC CTR, approx. 150€ / cbm for LCL
• NVOCC charges, sea company charges, sea terminal charges, sea terminal storage charges (it can cost from 15€ / day or higher, it will depend on the CTR size and terminal the CTR is stored in the port), demurrage/ detention (the costs can go from 90€/ per day or higher, it will depend on the sea company you choose. Try to negotiate at least 15 days with the sea company you choose).
• Customs inspections (if any – it can vary from Approx. 250€ to Approx. 650€)
• Shuttle services (10€ per cbm – minimum charge of 250€)
• Town hall parking permit (300€), police authorization (175€ / day).
• External elevator, piano handling, vehicle handling, long carry, stair carry (over 2^nd floor), heavy items (more than 100kg), insurance, import taxes /duties / VAT, storage (10€/cbm/ month), warehouse handling (10€ / cbm), increase of volume, change of delivery address or additional delivery address, handymen, bank fees.

PAYMENTTERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Pre-payment required unless something different was agreed previously.
• This quote is valid for 30 days.

JURISDICTIONAND APPLICABLE LAWS

• For the resolution of any disputes arising from this contract, the parties elect the jurisdiction of the District of Lisbon, with express waiver of any other, and Portuguese law is applicable.

Important: A reimbursement fee (10%) is charged if WIQUEL MOVING has to pay anycharges, costs to any third parties on customer behalf (sea/ air companycharges, terminal charges, customs charges, etc).

Please don´t send any shipments to Portugal withoutour green light.
