Remarks:

- Two common problemshousehold goods shipments face during customs clearance are: mislabeling ofboxes/items and a packing list that does not comply with Ecuadorianregulations.
| Our rates include the following services - Direct supervision of all operational activities at the port of entry.
- Normal Customs Clearance.
- Delivery of shipment from the port of entry to the planned destination, provided the container can arrive directly at the destination. ➢
- Unloading the vehicle with a tow truck.
- Unloading and unpacking household goods, except for items packed by the client (PBO).
- Assembly of basic furniture.
- Remove debris on the same day of delivery. ➢ Return the empty container to the container terminal.
| Our rates do not include the following services - Port & terminal handling charges (Port charges $1,925 - $2,275) (DTHC if not prepaid $225)
- Handling in/out and storage in our warehouse facilities, if required
- Reimbursable Container Fee: are payments made to shipping lines to secure a container, refundable upon the container's timely return. We prefer Hapag-Lloyd and Maersk, which do not require this fee.
- Shuttle service, ($350), if required.
- Freight Forwarder (NVOCC) Fee ($350), if required.
- Extra time and personnel for unpacking boxes, if required.
- Delivery of the vehicle from our warehouse to the customer’s residence, if required.
- Delivery in places with difficult access or with a long carry more than 25 meters from the truck to the residence. ➢ Delivery where items must be carried above a second floor without access to an elevator.
- Assembly of very complicated furniture or IKEA type furniture in its original packaging.
- Handyman and third-party services.
- Handling pianos, safes, or any object difficult to handle due to its weight, size, or shape.

► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
